Mammoth Falls is located on top of an extremely rugged mountain range which encloses several small lakes. The terrain was designed to make construction of a city as challenging as possible.
Higher learning and high-tech are prized by the Mammoth Falls inhabitants. As a result the citizens have an EQ of 145 and are adept at electronics, aerospace and medicine. Their medical science has greatly extended the lifespan of all the citizens giving a health value of 98. Due to this extremely high value more than 10% of the population is over the age of 95! ... and the work force is only 28% of the population with no unemployment.
The greatest complaints are traffic congestion, pollution, and of course taxes. However, even with the copious city services a balanced budget is maintained at a moderate tax rate of 7%.
